General FAQ

What is the retail cost of Tohru AIO?

$300 initial cost

$50/month renewal subscription. The subscription must be maintained otherwise you will lose your key.

What sites does Tohru AIO support?

Nike.com, Snkrs (LEO), Footsites (US, CA, EU), Supreme (US, JP, EU), Shopify (& custom shopify), Yeezysupply/Adidas, Mesh and Finishline.

Are you guys looking for any staff members?

Not currently

Where can I safely buy/sell Tohru AIO?

Botbroker is the only safe place to buy/sell Tohru AIO.

Supreme FAQ

Why am I stuck on Finding Product?

Please check that your monitor poxy for Supreme Settings is not banned. Then double-check your task setup. What keywords did you use? If you are still having issues open a ticket #support-tickets

What proxies should I use?

DC proxies will be faster but are generally banned. If you don't have access to unbanned DC look into finding an unbanned RESI provider.

I can't pick up products on a server. What should I do?

Visit the Supreme shop to find out whether you are banned. If you can't navigate the shop you are most likely banned. To fix this change your monitor/checkout proxies to any unbanned proxies.

What is duplicate order?

Supreme has detected duplicate information in your profiles (name, email, address, anything really)

Monitor proxies and checkout proxies do not have to be the same. For example, you can use local as your monitor proxy and DC proxies to checkout. Or you can use DC proxies for monitor and Residential proxies to checkout

Shopify FAQ

What delay should we use?

We recommend using 5000ms delay

Do I need to add site logins?

Only for sites that require them such as Undefeated and Concepts.

When should we start Shopify tasks?

Start pre-cart tasks 2-3 minutes before the drop, start non pre cart tasks 30 seconds before drop time.

Why doesn't my checkpoint captcha load?

Checkpoint captcha is loaded using task proxy, make sure that proxy can connect and load the captcha.

How many local tasks can we run?

1 local task

How many tasks can I run per proxy?

Strict 1:1 task to proxy ratio

What mode should we run?

Run safe mode until further notice

How do I add a custom Shopify site?

In Shopify settings, you can add and remove custom sites. When you add one they will appear at the bottom of the site list in task creation.

What is a quick task?

Quick tasks allow you to run a task for a specific item by clicking on links created by Shopify monitors. You can set up which mode and profile get used by default by going to Shopify settings. More info on quick tasks can also be found here.

Footsites FAQ

What delays should I use?

Make sure you have a look in our #footsites setup channel in the Tohru AIO Discord server.

My tasks are stuck on one status for a long time, and it isn't changing. What should I do?

Restart your task if it has been stuck for over 5 minutes

How many proxies should I run for Footsite drops?

We recommend a 1:1 proxy to task ratio. For every task you make we recommend having a proxy to go with it.

How many tasks should I have per profile?

Although there are cases where more than one task can be run per profile, we recommend a 1:1 task-to-profile ratio, to ensure no billing errors occur.

When should I start my tasks before a drop?

We recommend starting 30 minutes before a drop, tasks will automatically get into the queue.

What proxies work best when running Footsites?

We don't recommend any SPECIFIC proxy companies but for the type of proxies we recommend a mix of Resi (mix all your pools), dc and ISPs.

Do I need to have Monitor proxies and Checkout proxies set?

Yes, both have to be set.

Can I run for more than one product in the same task?

No only one SKU per task.

Finishline FAQ

When should I start Finishline tasks?

30 seconds before drop time

Why am I stuck in the queue?

Finishline is known to have a "permanent" queue.

What kind of proxies should we use on FNL releases?

We recommend using RESI data as finding DC that works on Finishline is not as easy. Please note that Finishline is a data-intensive website.

Yeezy FAQ

How do I harvest cookies?

We take care of this for you. You do not need to harvest any cookies, just run tasks.

When should I start my tasks?

Start tasks when the SALE goes live. We will ping under the #important channel

Should I use a proxy group for 3DS?

We recommend using a proxy group for 3DS if you are running on a server. If you are running locally, you can leave the 3DS Proxy Group on Local.

Nike FAQ

What are the types of Nike.com releases?

FLOW (fcfs) - flow releases are first come first serve - no need for accounts but you need to pay for shipping, free shipping with an account

LEO (raffle) - most common type of release on Nike - raffle based release - Nike allows 2 minutes to enter accounts

DAN (raffle) - DAN releases are usually super hype, limited releases - Also raffle based release - Nike allows 10-30 minutes to enter accounts

What types of releases does Tohru currently support?

We currently support FLOW and LEO (LAUNCH) releases and vaults.

What Nike.com regions does Tohru support?

We currently support the US, AT, DE, ES, FR, GB, JP, PL with more regions coming soon. To suggest a region please message NewFriend.

Do I need Nike.com accounts to run the Nike module?

You don't need accounts to run for most FLOW releases but you need accounts for every LEO release.

How do I add Nike.com accounts?

How many tasks can we run per account?

1 account per 5 tasks for FLOW

1 account per 1 task for LEO

What are the advantages of using Nike.com accounts?

Free shipping and fewer payment errors.

Should we use Pre-load on Nike tasks?

We currently don't recommend it.

Can we use discounts on Nike.com?

Yes but not all discounts will work on all products.

Does Tohru support Nike.com backend?

Yes

Mesh FAQ

What mesh regions does Tohru support?

We currently only support the UK mesh region.

Does Tohru support mesh backend?

We currently do not support mesh backend.

Does Mesh ship to the US?

Yes

All of my mesh proxies are getting banned quickly/All of my mesh proxies are banned. What should I do?

Make sure you generate region-specific proxies.
