Tohru's proxy tester is a tool used to test the quality of your proxies before using them during a release. The in-bot proxy tester is slightly different from other proxy testers, which is why you might notice a difference in the speed of your proxies if you have used other testers. The Tohru AIO proxy tester does not ping sites to test the proxy like other proxy testers, instead, we send a full request using the proxies to gauge the actual speed of the proxy.
Once you test your proxies, you will notice the speeds are shown in different colors. Any speed that appears in green falls into the best category by which we rate proxy speeds, speeds displayed in yellow are acceptable but not optimal, and anything in red is considered to be slow. Please note that just because a proxy appears in red, it does not mean it is bad, it's just slow. Any proxies that show "Failed" or "Timeout" have either encountered an error when requesting the site or took too long to respond. These proxies are bad and should be removed from your list. You can do this automatically by clicking the "Clear Bad Proxies" button located bottom right.
You can select individual or multiple proxies and clear them. There is no way to edit proxies. If you want to add more to an existing list, just click the green "+" button located bottom right.
This button removes any proxies that have failed, as explained above. Click this button to automatically remove bad proxies from the list.
